Without a paid support plan
Anyone using Pulumi — including users of Pulumi open source and the free tier of Pulumi Cloud — can get help through Pulumi's community channels:
Pulumi Community Slack — Ask questions and discuss Pulumi with other users. It's regularly monitored by Pulumi employees, including engineers and the developer relations team.
GitHub issues — Report bugs and request features. The linked guide covers how to pick the right Pulumi repository for your issue and how to attach logs from a failed operation with
pulumi logs share.Documentation — Browse full Pulumi documentation on infrastructure, secrets, policies, and platform features.
Pulumi staff are active in both the community Slack and on GitHub, but response times depend on availability and aren't covered by an SLA.
With a paid support plan
Customers on a paid support plan have direct support channels with response-time commitments:
Private Slack channel — A dedicated Slack channel with Pulumi support staff for your organization.
Direct email support — Reach Pulumi support at [email protected].
Not sure how to reach your support channel? Contact your Pulumi account team.
Getting a paid support plan
Paid support plans are available for organizations using either Pulumi Cloud or Pulumi open source.
Pulumi Cloud customers — Paid support is available on every edition of Pulumi Cloud. Contact sales to upgrade.
Pulumi open source users — Pulumi offers paid support for qualified organizations running open source without Pulumi Cloud. Contact sales to discuss options.
